Since joining Substack, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the number of interesting people I've met and started corresponding with regularly, such as psychiatrists Awais Aftab, Nils Wendel, MD, and Thomas Reilly, as well as Gary Borjesson, a philosopher who left academia to become a psychotherapist (please subscribe to each of their Substacks below). After some brainstorming, we all decided it would be fun to join forces for a group Q&A on whatever mental health topics our readers are curious about.
So, we’re soliciting any psychiatry and psychotherapy-related questions you’ve been eager to ask, which we will answer in a pre-recorded video Q&A.

Deadline for submitting questions is Friday, November 8th at 2:00 PM CST.
Unfortunately, due to scheduling conflicts, Thomas won’t be able to join for the first Q&A, but we’re looking forward to reuniting for Q&A pt 2. In the meantime, you can explore his excellent Substack, linked below.
